It depends on the beginning of the semester:

Fall Semester (August)

  • Travel between August 5-20
  • This is the most recommended date for sports such as tennis

Spring Semester (January)

  • Travel between January 5 - 15

For tennisthe ideal is to start at Fall to adapt before the official Spring season.

Yes, any athlete can transfer.

How is it managed?

  • We as an agency accompany the whole process
  • The athlete enters the Transfer Portal (in NCAA)
  • NAIA or JUCO coordinates directly with the coaches.
  • We look for new options, contact coaches and take care of eligibility.

All universities have:

  • Medical team and kinesiologists
  • Sports trainers
  • Health insurance for athletes

 

Normally:

  • You receive on-campus treatment
  • Your scholarship remains in effect as long as you are on the team
  • The medical staff coordinates your recovery

 

In most cases, the scholarship is not lost due to injury.

Yes. To remain eligible, the associations require:

  • Minimum GPA (generally 2.0)
  • Minimum number of credits approved per semester

 

If it is not achieved, the athlete may be temporarily ineligiblebut may recover by fulfilling the academic requirements.

There is no strict maximum age, but in general:

  • For NCAA D1/D2ideally before the age of 22-23 years old
  • At NAIAstudents are accepted, including seniors
  • At JUCOthere is a lot of flexibility

 

Many students travel when they are 20, 21 or 22 years old without any problem.

Every athlete has:

  • 4 years of competition
  • To use within a maximum period of 5 years from the date of admission to the university

 

There are exceptions:

  • Redshirt: year without competition, eligibility is saved
  • Medical Waiverfor injury

 

This provides flexibility to complete the 4 years without missing opportunities.

The annual budget includes everything necessary to live and study at the university:
